INGEST CRASH OR HANG WHEN USING A DATA FILE THAT CONTAINS PARTIAL ROW VALUE.
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A10 - DB2
Problem description: | |
INGEST may crash or hang when using a data file that contains a partial row. For example, on row 5 of the INGEST data file, there is only 120 column but the table has 500 columns per row defined. The columns not specified in the file are to be inserted as the default value (since the DEFAULTIF=NULL was specified in the INGEST command). This situation will trigger either a crash or hang.
