DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2

This crash is specific to an error handling code path where 
there are inconsistencies between storage groups contained in 
the catalog tables and storage groups contained in SQLSGF.1 and 
SQLSGF.2. An example of this condition is when an attempt is 
made to drop a storage group and the storage group exists in the 
catalog tables, but not in SQLSGF.1 and SQLSGF.2. The stack will 
look similar to the following:
