DB2 - Problem description

SQL1227N CAN OCCUR WHEN APPLYING STATISTICS TAKEN BY DB2LOOK -M -R

Problem description:
When generating UPDATE statements that are required to replicate 
the statistics by db2look -m option, it also generates RUNSTATS 
command and UPDATE statements to reset SYSSTAT.INDEXES and 
SYSSTAT.COLUMNS to -1. When -r option is used, not only RUNSTATS 
command but also resetting those tables are also removed. It can 
cause SQL1227N rc=6 or 8.
