Table function ENV_GET_REG_VARIABLES RETURNS INCORRECT DEFAULT VALUES FOR DB2_RESOLVE_CALL_CONFLICT.

| Problem description: |
The column REG_VAR_DEFAULT_VALUE for DB2_RESOLVE_CALL_CONFLICT
returned by
ENV_GET_REG_VARIABLE table function is NULL.
It should be 'YES' instead of NULL.
Example:
$ db2 "select substr(REG_VAR_NAME, 1, 40) as REG_VAR_NAME,
substr(REG_VAR_DEFAULT_VALUE, 1, 20) as REG_VAR_DEFAULT_VALUE
from table (ENV_GET_REG_VARIABLES (-2,1)) where REG_VAR_NAME =
'DB2_RESOLVE_CALL_CONFLICT '"
