DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

In an embeddedSQL application which is opening the multiple
cursors with LOB parameters and also having the CALL statement
which doesn't return any open cursor to client there is a
possibility of crash in embeddedSQL code while closing the
cursor with LOB parameters.
