HADR STANDBY CAN BECOME UNABLE TO DELETE EXTRA LOGS IN ACTIVE PATH, CAUSING LOGS TO ACCUMULATE

When next log to format stays too close to current log at
Standby, the conditions to remove extra logs are not satisfied,
hence the logs are accumulating in Standby active path. |
