DB2 - Problem description

Problem IT23161 Status: Closed

UNDER DB2 DEVELOPER-C EDITION LICENSE, CREATE DATABASE WILL FAIL WITH
SQL1139N.

DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2
Problem description:
Under the DB2 Developer-C Edition license, create database will 
fail with SQL1139N The total size of the 
table space is too big. SQLSTATE=54047. 
 
Example: 
$db2licm -l
