DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2

If you have a multi-threaded .NET application, it may fail with
System.AccessViolationException exception and different stacks
when either Dispose() is called prematurely and/or Dispose() is
called twice on the same DB2Command.
