bad performance when replaying TLOGPREP_XA log records

| Problem description: |
Rollforward, as well as Crash Recovery and Log replay may run
slowly when replaying TLOGPREP_XA log records - TLOGPREP_XA is a
log record generated when XA transactions are used. The stack of
db2redom EDU shows it is running in
sqlprWaitForRedoWorkersToFinish most of the time:

"db2pd -db -dpsprcb" output shows there are many db
blocking log records:
