PREREQCHECK FAILS DB2ICRT ON AIX 7.2 TL01 SP3

| Problem description: |
prereqcheck blocking installation with AIX 7.2 TL01 SP3. The
udapl level there was 7.2.1.1.

This is valid because 7.2.1.1 is included in the AIX service
pack level that we updated to.

Post-installation instructions

Required steps:
There were some errors detected during DB2 installation. To
collect the information files from the system, run the
"db2support -install" command with the proper options before
reporting the problem to IBM service. For information regarding
the usage of the db2support tool, check the DB2 Information
Center.

Required minimum "uDAPL" level: "0.0.0.0"
Actual version: "7.2.1.1"
DBT3604E The db2prereqcheck utility detected that the currently
installed level of uDAPL is not supported by the DB2 pureScale
Feature on the current operating system level. uDAPL level
currently installed: "7". Operating system level: "7".
workaround:
Adding it to the DB2prereqs.xml file seemed to work.
I copied the file to /TMP/DB2prereqs.xml
The entries I added were:
