DB2EXPLN SEGV AND CRASHES THE SERVER

db2expln utility may trap in v111m1fp2+ with the following
scenario.
db2 connect to sample
db2 "select * from staff"
db2pd -d sample -dynamic
db2expln -d sample -cache 513,1,1,1 -o expln.out
produces a stack similar to the following:
