CLI/ODBC CONNECTION CRASHES WHEN CONNECTING TO THE HA INSTANCE OR PURESCALE CLUSTER OF DB2 ON CLOUD DUE TO LARGE HOSTNAME.

| Problem description: |
DB2 Client connection to HA instance or purescale cluster of DB2
on Cloud crashes.
If we have a large host names which is greater than 30
characters, due to bug in
the DB2 client code we are crashing with the following stack.
