OPTIMIZER INCLUDES THE COST OF TEMP CREATION FOR EACH RE-USE IN THE ACCESS PLAN

| Problem description: |
When an internal temporary table is created by a SQL statement
and this temp table is re-used somewhere else in the optimizer
access plan, the cost of creating the temp is accounted for
multiple times.
This behaviour will not affect the access plan choice, but it
could affect WLM as the multiple counting of the same temp table
creation might increase the overall cost of the plan. |
