DB2 CONNECT / DB2CONNCT / B10 - DB2

db2dsdcfgfill with -migrateCliIniFor.NET and -db2cliFile
pointing to db2cli.in file, expected to convert all the entries
from db2cli.ini to db2dsdriver.cfg file
but it is converting only few entires,
