INSTALLFIXPACK DELETES /ETC/SYSTEMD/SYSTEM/DB2FMCD.SERVICE FILE ON LINUX

installFixPack deletes db2fmcd.service, but does not replace it
with the new one.
Debug information collected with -t option will show db2fmcu -d
-f /etc/inittab is isssued.
