DB2 CLI/ODBC FAILING WHEN INSERTING THE NULL VALUE TO BOOLEAN DATA TYPE USING PARAMETER MARKER

| Problem description: |
When doing the array insert on a SQL statement which has boolean
column, when one of the boolean column is supplied with
SQL_NULL_DATA, CLI is returning
[IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0164E Nullable type out of range.
