SQL2731N WHEN AN INPUT FILE SIZE OF ZLOAD IS BIGGER THAN 4GB

| Problem description: |
If an input file(e.g. DEL format file) for ZLOAD is bigger than
4GB, ZLOAD will fail with SQL2731N. By the fix of this issue,
input file bigger than 4Gb can be used. |
