Problem description:
ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE with REPORT functionality might return
unreasonable / unrealistic values for

REPLAY_THROUGHPUT
INFLOW_STAGING
OUTFLOW_STAGING

We have recently seen unrealistic high values which exceed
MAXINT. For example the following was reported:
