FAILURE TO STOP SPECTRUM SCALE MMSYSMONCONTROL DAEMON MAY LEAD TO 'UNABLE TO UNLOAD KERNEL MODULES' WHEN ENTERING FS MAINTENANCE

| Problem description: |
As part of entering file system maintenance mode, the command to
stop the Spectrum Scale "mmsysmoncontrol" daemon might fail with
the following error in the db2cluster log:

| Local Fix: |
Use the following Spectrum Scale command to stop the
"mmsysmoncontrol" daemon before entering maintenance mode:
/usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmsysmoncontrol NOINIT stop
Upon exiting maintenance mode, use the following command to
restart the "mmsysmoncontrol" daemon
/usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmsysmoncontrol NOINIT start |
