INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

SELECT statements on a view with ansi joins run significantly
slower in 12.10 (compared to 11.70).

* A query with view reference may have sub-optimal query       *
* performance under the following conditions:                  *
*   - a view is defined with GROUP BY clause, and one or more  *
* aggregation column in its projection list                    *
*   - the main query is a simple select from the view          *
*   - main query has several predicates in its WHERE clause,   *
* connected by AND                                             *
*   - at least one sub-clause in the WHERE clause references a *
* view column that corresponds to an aggregation column in     *
* view definition                                              *
*   - other predicates in the WHERE clause do not reference    *
* any aggregation column in the view definition                *
*   - tables inside view definition are large, however         *
* predicates in the WHERE clause in the main query             *
* significantly reduces number of rows qualified               *
