LINUX: 12.10.XC6 INSTANCE FAILS TO START WITH 'COULD NOT DETERMINE ENCRYPTION MODE FROM PAGE ZERO' MESSAGE

| Problem description: |
If you try to start a 12.10.xC6 instance on Linux x86_64
platform and
- your ROOTPATH points to a raw device
- or it points to a cooked file and the ROOTOFFSET is >0
the engine fails to start with the following message in the
online.log:
10:42:15 Could not determine encryption mode from page zero. |
