DELETES ON A REPLICATED TABLE WITH A DELETE TRIGGER CALLING A C UDR CAUSES VIRTUAL MEMORY LEAK IN TARGET CDRD_XXXX THREAD(S)

| Problem description: |
Deletes on a source ER node where there is a delete trigger on
the replicated table with -firetrigger option and the trigger
calls a C UDR seem to leak virtual memory on the target node's
CDRD_XXXX threads. Onstat -g afr shows thousands of
these memory allocations:
