SERVER CANNOT USE THE LOGICAL NAME OF A RAW PARTITION IN THE ROOTPATH ON WINDOWS

| Problem description: |
When trying to initialize an IDS instance on Windows, using the
logical name of a raw partition will fail with
the following error message:

17:11:33 Direct I/O cannot be used for the chunk file
'*\.K:/'.
17:11:33 Cannot Open Primary Chunk '\.K:/', errno = 0
17:11:33 oninit: Fatal error in shared memory initialization
17:11:33 IBM Informix Dynamic Server Stopped.
Addressing the same raw partition with the physical name does
work.
Using the logical name in an onspaces command works also:
