DROPPING AN SBSPACE WHILE LEVEL 0 BACKUP IS RUNNING FAILS BUT LEAVES SBSPACE WITH NO USER DATA SPACE REFERENCE IN SHARED MEMORY

| Problem description: |
If an onspaces -d is run on an sbspace while a L0 backup is
running it returns the error:
=>onspaces -d sbsp1 -y
Cannot drop the Space.
ISAM error: archive in progress
It then leaves the sbspace in a state that will cause backup to
fail with:
12:51:23 ARCHIVE ERROR: Failure in sbx_arc_uelists_bld: sberrno
= 12143 sbsnum = 4
It also shows -1 for free and bpages in onstat -d:
