ASSERT FAILED MEMORY BLOCK HEADER CORRUPTION DETECTED IN MT_SHM_FREE1 THE FREE IS HAPPENING IN RSTCB_CLEANUP

| Problem description: |
When a thread is exiting, in rstcb_cleanup() it goes through
code to close all it's open tables. If there is a failure
trying to close 1 of those tables, the code in rstcb_cleanup
then tries to manually free up some memory. However, this code
is incorrect and causes the failure. It should be very rare for
the close to fail so this is not a common occurrence.

There are many calls that would free memory in rstcb_cleanup so
there is no simple way to determine if encountering this exact
problem from looking at the file generated by the assertion
failure. |
