IF LOW MEMORY MANAGER IS SET, ONLINE.LOG SHOWS THE SESSION MEMORY AS MB WHERE AS ACTUAL SESSION SIZE IS KB

If Low memory manager is set, online.log shows the session
memory as MB where as actual session size is KB.
onstat -g ses
session #â ŒRSAM total used dynamic

And when the low memory manager kill session with sid 605 it
writes on the online log:
11/13/18 17:05:01 sid 605 - informix@host - pid 12703 terminated
by low memory manager; session allocated 148MB of memory.
So, onstat says that session 605 had allocated 151552 bytes
(148KB) of memory and in the log it prints 148MB of memory. So
it really seems to be something wrong with what it writes to the
online log. |
