In some cases after the Active Arbitrator logs an EVENT_TIMEOUT message against an HDR Primary, it may fail to reconnect even after the HDR Secondary confirms that the Primary is still active and the original source of the EVENT_TIMEOUT has been resolved. At this stage the arbitrator Connection Manager should be able to reconnect to the Primary, but instead falls into a loop of continuously checking with the Secondary if failover arbitration can be performed | |
