INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

If DELAY_APPLY is set to 12H in ONCONFIG file of a RSS server
the Primary set it to an incorrect value (11H).

For example if value of DELAY_APPLY in RSS is set to :

$ onstat -c | grep DELAY_APPLY
# DELAY_APPLY     - On an RS secondary server, specifies an
amount
DELAY_APPLY    12H
$

and both servers are stopped/restarted, the online.log of
Primary shows :

DELAY_APPLY has been set to 11H on server rss2_1210fc12w1t
