LEGACY OPTION WHEN GENERATED IN RESPONSE UNIX_INSTALLTYPE_SELECT=LEGACY NOT TAKEN WHEN RESPONSE FILE USED WITH SILENT INSTALL

| Problem description: |
Prior to 12.10.UC5 performing (ids_install -i silent -f
/path/to/response.properties.file) used to keep the
RUNasroot.install server script.
Yet with 12.10.UC5 and higher the properties.response file
generates the response UNIX_INSTALLTYPE_SELECT=LEGACY which
appears to be ignored.
If the LEGACY response is changed to LEGACY=TRUE, then the
behavior is similar to pre-12.10.UC5 and the
RUNasroot.installserver script is present as customer expects.
The parameters passed to the properties file need to be changed
or the processing and parsing on reading them needs to be
re-examined. |
