CDR CHECK --WHERE CLAUSE ON REPLICATION KEY COLUMNS RULES OUT REPLCHECK INDEX SCAN EVEN IF IT COULD BE USED

| Problem description: |
Currently, whenever 'cdr check' is ran with '--where
' option, that unconditionally would be ruling out
use of REPLCHECK (ifx_replcheck) and any index containing it,
and instead would revert to sequetial data scan and calculating
checksums.
This should not be the case when both of the following are true:
- there's an index available comprised of primary key (or the
unique index chosen through
--key or --anyUniqueKey options) and ifx_replcheck
column
- the --where is on leading columns in this index,
e.g. on the primary key |
