RUNNING A SPECIFIC QUERY RETURNING IN MEMORY CORRUPTIONS, INVALID MUTEX TYPES OR AN EXCEPTION IN GROUPCOPYFUNC

| Problem description: |
When running a quite specific query with a sophisticates logic
in the select list
containing case expression combined with nested build in
functions but having a
simple select on a few tables with a group and a order cause
memory corruption
messages during the execution or at the cleanup.
When setting up Memory scribbling the query showed an exception
in the stack
