if SQLTRACE is set in the onconfig, such as:
"SQLTRACE level=high,ntraces=1500,size=4,mode=global"
i... while reverting from 14.10.xC3 to 11.70.xC7 using the
command "onmode -b 11.70.xC3" the instance may encounter the
following message in the online.log and reversion fails:
