.NET CORE PROVIDER: MEMORY LEAKING BUG IN INFORMIX CSDK FOR WINDOWS 64 4.50.FC4W1

| Problem description: |
Informix CSDK for Windows 64 is leaking memory. When
Informix.Net.Core.dll is used as Informix NET provider, every
time IfxConnection is opened/closed (and disposed), application
memory usage increases (resources are not released). Later it
generates errors with memory access violation. Same code works
fine with IBM.Data.Informix.dll provider.
