CONNECTION MANAGER WILL NOT START WHEN USING CSM MODULE. UNDEFINED SYMBOL: ISI_CIPHER_CTX_SET_PADDING

| Problem description: |
When using the CSM module for simple password encryption,
Informix Connection Manager will not start. The following
errors are logged to the Connection Manager log file:
