DBIMPORT -D AND AUTOLOCATE DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY TOGETHER

| Problem description: |
When specifying the -d option in dbimport, the intent is to
control where the entire database is stored. However, if
AUTOLOCATE is enabled then only the system catalogs will for
sure make it in the dbspace specified by -d. The other database
objects will go where AUTOLOCATE wishes, likely defeating the
user's wishes. |

To circumvent this behavior, temporarily disable AUTOLOCATE:
onmode -wm AUTOLOCATE=0
Then enable when done with dbimport:
onmode -wm AUTOLOCATE=1 |
