TABLE SYSMASTER:SYSCONBLOCK DOES NOT SHOW ANY INFORMATION OF THESESSIONS, IT WORKED FINE IN 12.10

| Problem description: |
Table sysmaster:sysconblock does not show any information of the
sessions, it worked fine in 12.10
Running query "select * from sysmaster:sysconblock where
cbl_sessionid = ses_id" used to show information of an specific
session but under 14.10 the table is always empty so running
query ""select * from sysmaster:sysconblock" returns no data. |
