THREADS CAN REMAIN IN CRITICAL SECTIONS FOR EXTREMELY LONG TIMESDURING LOADS INTO UNLOGGED COMPRESSED TABLES

| Problem description: |
Threads can remain in critical sections for extremely long times
during loads into unlogged compressed tables.
When this is happening, you will see the thread in a critical
section with a stack constantly like:
