| Problem description: |
If non-SQL routines call this function then it will result in
db2fmp process growing. CLI_SETSESSIONGLOBALVARIABLES() is
called by sysproc.reorgchk_tb_stats and
sysproc.reorgchk_ix_stats. May affect other routines if they
also call this function. The function stack would look like
below if calling sysproc.roergchk_tb_stats()

| Local Fix: |
Set DBM CFG parameter KEEPFENCED=NO to disable pooling of
db2fmps. Setting this parameter may result in performance
degradation since there is no pooling of unused db2fmps |
