QUERY FROM JSON ARRAY DOES NOT RETURN ANY DATA WHEN THERE IS A QUALIFYING ROW. |

| Problem description: |
Json array size limitation of 2048 characters causes some
qualifying rows not to be returned when running a select from
the array.
Once the data is reduced to less than 2048 characters, the data
is returned successfully.
With this APAR fix, the size of a json array will be increased
to 4096 characters. |
