DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2

System procedures SYSPROC.AUTOMAINT_SET_POLICY and
SYSPROC.AUTOMAINT_SET_POLICYFILE returns successfully without
any error even though the specified FilterClause is too long.
However, the healthy monitor cannot accept such long
FilterClause may cause the policy doesn't work at all.

The following message shows the policy doesn't work:

After the fix, SYSPROC.AUTOMAINT_SET_POLICY and
SYSPROC.AUTOMAINT_SET_POLICYFILE returns error message so the
user can know what is going wrong.
