The APAR is applicable to application using two phase protocol
and server with DPF setup.
In certain high-CPU scenarios, DB2 may receive SQLP_NOTA message
from a remote node which may lead to in-doubt transactions on
DB2 server and termination of the connection by DB2 client. The
issue is caused by the incorrect reply from server on the error
condition, causing client to terminate the connection instead of
issue a rollback.
DB2 logs the error and warning in db2diag.log reporting the
error.
