DB2 - Problem description

DB2IPRUNE and DB2_INSTALL FAIL WITH LIBIBMC++.SO.1: CANNOT OPEN SHARED
OBJECT FILE

Problem description:
APAR IT17230 "ADD LIBIBMC++.SO.1 32 BIT AND 64 BIT TO DB2 IMAGE 
FOR 
LINUX UBUNTU 16, SLES 12 AND RHEL 7 ON IBM Z SYSTEMS." fix is to 
include  libibmc++.so.1  in the install 
image. 
 
With a DB2 version containing this APAR db2iuprune fails not 
finding the library  libibmc++.so.1:

set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to point to the install image path that has
