SIGNAL 11 TRAP AT SQLRA_GET_VAR

Problem description:
When some memory constraints happened on the system, one may see 
 
SQLO_NOMEM_APPSHRH errors from the sqlra_load_var function in 
the 
db2diag.log, followed by a trap immediately following in 
sqlra_get_var() with signal 
11.
