SLOW INSERT PERFORMANCE WHEN USING A CLUSTERED INDEX. |

| Problem description: |
Slow insert perform when using a clustered index due to wrong
values in the FSCR.
Problem can be detected by taking a trace. If the problem
exists, sqldCheckPageForInsert will be called numerous times and
will fail with rc=10002 like below:
