DB2 CONNECTS TO STANDBY EVEN PRIMARY DATA IS UP.

| Problem description: |
The issue may occur is setup is using Virtual IP Addresses.
There is not distributor or loadbalancer in use between client
and server.
DB2 client logs "Distributor Check" message in db2diag.log at
diaglevel 4:
