SNAPSHOT TEMPORARY FILES LEFT IN SQLLIB/TMP AFTER FMP INTERRUPTION

| Problem description: |
This behaviour is very similiar to the following APAR IT08055:
HUGE TEMPORARY FILES GENERATED UNDER SQLLIB/TMP BY SNAPSHOT
UDFS, however with this fix, still some snapshot files might be
left on sqllib/tmp as the thread running is interrupted and not
issuing a Close. The registry variable ENABLE_DELETE_ON_CLOSE
will not take effect for this reason. |
