IN ORA COMPATIBITITY MODE, ROUND FUNCTION MAY RETURN VALUES AS EXPONENT EXPRESSION

In ORA compatibility MODE, ROUND function may return values as
exponent expression like following examples.
db2 "values ROUND((NVL(96,0) / DECODE(0.96,0,1,0.96)),0) "
