DB2 - Problem description

MQFUNCTIONS DO NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY IN DB2 V11.1 ON AIX

DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2
Problem description:
MQFunctions do not function properly in Db2 v11.1 on AIX. For 
example, MQSend and MQReceive fail with the following error 
message. 
	SQL1476N The current transaction was rolled back because of 
error "-430".  SQLSTATE=40506 
 
You can verify if you are encountering the same problem by 
executing the below command... 
	enable_MQFunctions -n <db> -u <user> -force -p <password> -v 
all 
 
...then receive output similar to the following: 
	*** Error -- while connecting to DB2MQ_DEFAULT_MQM (reason code 
-- 2589) 
	  *** Problem -- while checking MQ. 
		  Please ensure that the user has permission to create/start 
queue manager. 
		  Please ensure that the user has permission to create a 
queue. 
		  Please ensure that MQSeries is installed properly.
