AVOIDANCE COMPILATION AND PACKAGE CACHE FOR SET QUERY BYPASS STATEMENTS

Latch contention (and other performance issues) may happen with
lots of concurrently execution of excsqlset statements, like:
SET QUERY PATROLLER BYPASS = 'TRUE'
SET QUERY PATROLLER BYPASS = 'FALSE'
This APAR will avoid the full compilation and package cache
lookup for above statements. |
