RESTORE WITH "SHOW MASTER KEY DETAILS" DID NOT SHOW ALL THE KEY LABEL

| Problem description: |
The problem can be reproduced as follows
1) database sample is created as an encrypted database with key
label MK1
2) in db cfg ENCRLIB is set to the encrypted lib file
Encryption Library for Backup (ENCRLIB) =
/opt/IBM/DB2/V11.1.2ifix/lib64/libdb2encr.so.1
Encryption Options for Backup (ENCROPTS) =
3) db2 "backup db sample online encrypt encropts 'Master Key
Label=MK2:Master Key Label=MK3'"
4) db2 "restore db sample encropts 'SHOW MASTER KEY DETAILS'"
then check the key label information, it just showed MK1,
and MK2/MK3 are ignored.
